This 6 Days Israeli Krav Maga Instructor course will be supervised by a special guest from Israel (Certified IDF Krav Maga Instructor, certified Krav Maga, Martial Arts & Fitness Instructor by Wingate and Ministry of Sports in Israel, Security professional) We assuring this course standards at a high Level - Basic Krav Maga and advanced techniques... 

Day 1:

History of Krav Maga
Human Body Anatomy and Mechanism
Basic Stance, punches & kicks

Day 2:
More punches & kicks
Elbows
Open Hand strikes etc.
Combat fitness & basic self defense practice 

Day 3:
Combat fitness & intermediate self defense practice 
Drills, punches, kicks etc.

Day 4:
Knife & Stick Disarms
Drills, punches, kicks etc.

Day 5:
Ground-figthing basics
Krav Maga Moves
Gun Disarms

Day 6:
Repeat everything from day 1 - 5 
Final Testing
